Nino Jefferson Lim is the Founder of Island Pacific Supermarket, one of the largest Filipino-American supermarket chains in the United States. Over the past twenty-five years, he has grown Island Pacific into a leading Filipino-American retail brand dedicated to preserving Filipino culture, serving immigrant communities, and creating opportunities for future generations.
