Joe Guintu is a business executive, nonprofit board member, filmmaker, actor, and speaker whose career spans more than 20 years across consulting, technology, governance, entertainment, and social impact.

The son of Filipino immigrants, Joe has held leadership roles at Deloitte, Salesforce, and Tenable, where he led AI Governance. Throughout his career, he has advised Fortune 500 companies and global brands—including Google, Apple, Sony, The Walt Disney Company, Paramount Pictures, Major League Baseball, and The Recording Academy—on governance, risk, compliance, and emerging technologies.

As a speaker, Joe has delivered keynote presentations for corporate, university, and nonprofit audiences, including ISFFA’s 2017 Holiday Gala. He is honored to return for the 2026 ISFFA National Conference and is passionate about advancing Filipino representation in leadership, business, entertainment, and social impact.
