Maria Hollandsworth’s career reflects resilience, growth and determination. A graduate of the University of the Philippines with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health, she began her professional path as a research assistant supporting nutrition studies at the university. She later moved to the United States, embracing the challenge of building a new career from the ground up. Through hard work and perseverance, Maria built a successful leadership career in the quick service restaurant industry, earning a reputation for operational excellence, people leadership, and transformational growth. She believes leadership is about inspiring others, creating opportunities, and helping teams achieve more than they thought possible. Maria holds an MBA from Grand Canyon University. She was named one of the Orange County Business Journal’s 2024 Top 5 Women in Business and included in Nation’s Restaurant News’ 2025 Power List: Women in Food Service. In 2025, she also served as a Director on the LA Branch Board of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.
