Dan Galeon is Director, Head of Platforms Governance at Robinhood, leading governance across Customer Care, Customer Trust & Safety, and Financial Crimes. He focuses on protecting customers at scale by embedding safety into products, operations, and support systems from the start. His work spans platform risk, including AI, informed by a background in institutional finance and experience across brokerage, digital assets, and payments. He has worked across the U.S., U.K., Europe, and Asia, advising senior leadership and boards on scalable, practical risk solutions.

He is an adjunct professor of cybersecurity at Yeshiva University and is active in Filipino American and U.S.–Philippines initiatives through FYLPRO, P.U.S.O. Foundation, and the International Society of Filipinos in Finance and Accounting. He earned his BA with Honors from the University of California, Berkeley, and his MBA from the Yale School of Management.
