Joy Mayor is currently the Controller of the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (MWD), the largest water district in the United States. Prior to joining MWD, Joy was the Controller at the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD), the 2nd largest school district in the United States. In addition, she has over 10 years of combined audit experience working at KPMG both in the U.S and in the Philippines.
