Kathy V. Lai is a distinguished finance and accounting leader and a dedicated advocate for advancing the Filipino professional community. She currently serves as the National Executive Board Chair of the International Society of Filipinos in Finance and Accounting (ISFFA), where she leads national initiatives focused on mentorship, leadership development, and expanding opportunities for Filipino and Filipino-American professionals across the United States.

Kathy is the California Market Leader at Crowe, a top public accounting and consulting firm, where she is responsible for driving the strategic growth and performance of the firm’s California operations—its largest market contributing to firmwide revenue. She also manages the Orange County office and is a recognized leader within Crowe’s Government and Public Sector practice in California, advising public sector clients on complex financial and operational matters.

In addition to her client and market leadership roles, Kathy serves on the Executive Council for Women Leading at Crowe, where she helps advance initiatives focused on developing and supporting women leaders across the firm. She is also actively involved with the Crowe Foundation, reflecting her ongoing commitment to community impact and corporate responsibility.

Kathy’s leadership and contributions have been recognized through her selection as a recipient of the Filipina Women’s Network (FWN) Global 100 Award, honoring her as one of the most influential Filipina women leaders worldwide.
